Pitch Scheduling
The startup's pitch is scheduled, and they are required to complete any pre-requisites before the scheduled meeting.

Startups must complete all required pre-requisites before the audition phase.
Share Pitch Deck in Advance
Startups are required to share their pitch deck and any other necessary materials with the Moonshot team prior to the scheduled audition meeting.
20 Minute Pitch
Startups have 20 minutes to pitch their idea to the Moonshot team, without reading directly from their deck.
10 Minute Q&A
After the pitch, the Moonshot team will have 10 minutes to ask questions and engage with the startup.
Team Discussion & Decision
Following the audition, the Moonshot team will discuss and make one of three decisions: Ready, Not Sure, or Not Ready Yet.
Feedback and Next Steps
The Moonshot team will schedule a session to share the outcome and feedback with the startup.

Moonshot team drafts the initial term sheet for the startup to review and negotiate.
Mutual Negotiation of Final Terms
The startup and Moonshot team work together to finalize the terms of the agreement, ensuring alignment on all aspects.
Commitment and Execution
If both parties agree on the terms, they formally commit to and execute the term sheet.
Decision to Move Forward
